Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of behindthecourse.com and to any purchase of our digital products. The website and products are provided by Khalil Siad, an individual sole trader based in Algeria, trading as Behind the Course ("we", "us"). When you buy, your contract for the product is with us.
1. Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and invoicing are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
2. The products
We sell two one-time digital products, delivered as instant downloads (zip files containing an Obsidian vault, PDFs and templates):
- The Course: US$39, a 6-module, 36-lesson course on building and selling an online course without showing your face (discipline, topic and offer, building with AI, launching, sales, Instagram growth), plus a toolkit.
- The Launch Kit: US$79, everything in The Course plus a reel video template project, video prompts, a complete example course, a 3-account system, legal page templates, a landing page template, setup walkthroughs, a comment-to-DM guide and 30 reel scripts.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Paddle at checkout. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
3. Accepting these terms
By using this website or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy.
4. Your licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for yourself, including to build and sell your own original course. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish our materials (or substantial parts of them) as your own product.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or products for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for spam; not to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property; and not to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our products is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Purchasing a product gives you the licence above, not ownership of the content.
7. No income guarantee
Our products are educational. Results depend on your topic, effort and consistency. We do not promise or guarantee any specific income or result.
8. Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the products, these terms or the website at any time. The version of these terms posted here applies from its "last updated" date.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the website or downloads for anyone who breaches these terms, for example by redistributing our materials.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the products are provided "as is" and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
